Scorpio Man Disappear

Summary Note Rosa Escribano journalism done by Robert Tirigall for the newspaper Primera Hora in Puerto Rico, 15 September 2008.

Accepting death
psychologist Roberto Tirigall emphasizes that when facing death is important "to realize that we are beings finite, that at some point we're going to die. " However, it seems to be a reality "that many want to ignore." In turn, looks to "Western culture makes a separation between life and death, rather than viewing them as a unit. " Even used to classify "as something positive (life) and non-positive (death)." This affects, to a large extent, on how to assimilate the process of dying.
refers to the known proposal of Dr. Elisabeth Kubler-Ross, who classifies as panic, denial, depression (which may include anger and rage), bargaining and acceptance.

Revaluation
Tirigall notes that for many people living this process, "in the positive, there is a kind of appreciation of life", leading to a breakdown of life from the perspective of ego. In this sense, "and does not judge, does not compare, not condemned." On the contrary, "there is more tolerance and understanding, because now you realize that life is fleeting," says the psychologist. So no surprise that "begin to see what is truly valuable and what is not." Intensifies "respect for life in all its aspects."
also arises a rediscovery. It is as if they begin to live life fully. "I go to the death and life has a value that before him no." "Perceptions are stronger and more certain experiences have value," adds.
Under these circumstances, there are also people who choose to "transcendence through work." This can lead to the questioning of "what I'm useful."
On a religious level, "there are those who supported the merger with the divine or God." But who does not profess any religious ideology, "is going to do from the perspective of stay through a good deed." Although "the body is not, they remain their works." In either case, the motivation is to "leave an impression." Given this thought, "delivery is complete." And both positions "are very respectable.

A new awakening
Among the suggestions mentioned by the psychologist to learn to face this reality include:-Define
where you focus your attention.
-Learn to discover the true value of things and to avoid giving attention to issues that do not deserve.
-Live for ever, concentrate on the here and now. Anticipate the future often create anxiety, a reaction that does not need.
-Ask how you can help others. Depending on your case, analyze whether you can offer your testimony,
way of supporting those who are in a similar situation to yours.
"Let go of resentments. Learn to forgive. Similarly, analyzing a sin against perpetrators
and have the courage to admit to this person, so peaceful.
- loved What you have not you speak? Sometimes, the continuous bustle of everyday life leads us to distance ourselves involuntarily
important people in our lives.
-In material terms, reflects on those desires that have been pending in your wish list. Check
which one can (from a realistic perspective.)
"Remember what's truly gratifying to express feelings of love and listening and acting from the heart beyond reason.
